Now I mean the BEST!

Best character AND figure.

I love Tom Baker as Doctor WHo but the figures werent all that great.

Lets keep this action figure only. No Dolls. Meaning a 3" Gi Joe is ok but a 12" is not.

My vote is the "Dark Knight Collection Bruce Wayne" It was from the first Batman and its one of the best likenesses of a person( Mike Keaton) I have ever seen. It has removable boots gloves, chestpiece and a helmet with attatched cape. My only complaint is the arms are bent and not straight.

Now theres other characters from other franchises I like better but this is one really cool toy.
Next?

That is a cool figure ( and qualifys dispite its size because its sculpted not fabric)

Why Kenner made that one cool posable guy with all the great actions I'll never know. I even love the rubber hands that could actuelly hold things. It was just a few years after they made The Six Million Dollar Man so maybe they had the same designer

I did have the six-million dollar man but he had a rocket accident with barbie... They were cuddling in the parked the rocket too close to our radiator and it melted. That was quite a long time ago... early 70s I guess.

I can still remember my sister saying (about the burnt Barbie with still ok face) "can't I keep the head?"

My boyfriend collects action figures, so my house is full of them. It's hard to pick a favorite. I like Countess Bathory, and Joey Ramone.

Countess Bathory?
Thats the one with the naked lady in the bathtub full of blood and the three virgin heads staked to a candleabra?
I got a bad story on that one.
My buddy ditched me for a Kayaking trip we had planned because he spent the $20 bucks needed on that action figure.

Did your sister keep Barbies head? A transplant maybe? Could use it today as an attena topper on her car?

I was too dense to figure out the Transformers so I got stuck with war toys instead . . . . :(
Really a toy with a diificulty level on it? And it never looked like what it was supposed to.
I'm just bitter, sorry. Tens years ago I bought a Captain America that turned into an eagle only I couldnt get it back.
I took it into work ( school) and asked one of my students to transform it back.
It got stolen.
No I didnt tell. I wasnt about to have that lecture about not bringing my toys to school all over again . . .

My mom's pretty religious, and she bought my nephew a david and goliath action figure. very strange that they even make that. goliath was wearing red silky briefs, by the way.

What's even stranger is they also were selling a Jesus doll....huh??

They even make Jesus and moses in Large Barbie size that talk. and the company who makes other celebrity talkers insist its all "actual voices" :)
The little Jesus has a deluxe set where he has a water into wine accessory( like those magic baby bottles) glow inthe dark hand of healing power, and wheels on his feet for walking over water action.
I had a David and goliath set, While the Goliath was cool they messsed up the skin tones of the two. Goliath was grey (?)and david was caucasian.

I used to work on prototypes when Kenner toys was here in Cincinnati and my buddy had a dream line. He was really into horror, gore and hyper realisim. He thought the perfect outlet for this would be a line of Old Testament figures!
