... Followers is a nice way of saying sheep basically, the thread I got this clip off of was labled "sheeple", I got this from a friend on another forum... but I'm honestly not trying to come down on anyone here. I changed the name to "followers" because it had a nicer ring to it. The new priesthood in white jackets will exhibit my point:

PS- On a side note I called scientists the new priest hood because they are becoming much like the gurus now, just like priests were of yesteryear. Even science should be questioned critically.

I would say here at the WP most people aren't in the flock.
They are actually individuals.
Well, there is a couple I can think of...

well, we can ask ourselves if we are somehow followers of any kind of ideology or philosophy and stick by it,
no matter what, in which we could be dogmatic about anything. I have to agree in some degree with snake
in this case, people who adhere strongly to one ideology, can take it as a dogma, and refuse to accept any
idea or even evidence that contradicts such philosophy, which I think it's not that good, and could be
dangerous in some cases, one should question everything, even any ideology and philosophy one finds to
fit better, everything should be questioned.

About WP, well, we could say that most of us could be sheeps from here, maybe some of us wouldn't
survive without it :P

We all are followers of some ideology or philosophy. Our very personalities are found in our world views, to deny some of these elements is to deny ourselves. Not only that, but some ideas must be taken as dogmas for evidence cannot found to support or deny them. The purely rational man(nor could we necessarily state that the pure rationalist is rational in regards to mankind) does not exist, we just see a man who clings to his ideologies and lies to himself and the world about his aims.
