Do you like NC pork barbecue, Brunswick stew, corn sticks, chicken slick, pig-pickin's, collard greens, grits, and fried chicken? Being a northern boy, some of it was good and some not so good when I lived in western NC in the early 1970s. How about Sanitary Sams's Fish Market on the Outer Banks. They had really gooood deviled crab etc., etc. there when I was a kid.

I tried fried chicken, collard greens, and grits, but not the rest.
