I'd outlaw various crapware: M$ Windows, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Flash... Also the use of every word in advertising for which no clear definition exists. But there'd be plushy Tuxen (the linux mascots) and many of them - as well as other mascots for Libre OSes.

If I ruled the world I would make quite a few changes;
1)No chavs, emos or other dumb groupings
2)Ban of nuclear weapons used in war, now just for fireworks
3)Research into Nanotechnological Immortality
4)A perfect strain of regenerative deoxyribonucleic acid (or the above one)
5)No idiots (Nuff said)
6)A free supercar of choice which runs on a plasmatic equilibrium engine
7)No NT leaders such as bush, though with the no idiots law there wouldnt be a problem.....
