The president isn't doing any job to speak of... but then again, I don't blame him for that. We shouldn't blame the president for all our problems, we should be blaming the person who runs the country...

You do realize that anyone who wants to become President has to at least appear to be a moderate. This will be true for both Obama or McCain and Presidents who will come after them. The reason we have seen landslide victories such as Nixon or Regan was largely because their opponents did not appear to be center enough. It is unlikely we'll see an overtly super conservative or a super-liberal President in the near future. See also the median voter model.

The only support Bush needs is a well constructed truss. And possibly a Playtex girdle......

And basically the only job he's done are the little beige jobbies that you would flush after every sitting of Congress.
