A lot of people fall into your range, and it's quite possible you don't need treatment.
If you've been feeling this way for a while, you may want to seek help.

lol then a good 44% of the time I am pretty darned upbeat and bouncy, I know for sure. It's no wonder I sometimes feel it's possible I have cyclothymia or whatnot...

I took the test again to compare this to how I felt several months ago, and scored 68%. Probably from SAD that wasn't properly treated. Hopefully next winter I can find a light box to help with that.

Without meds:

I hope therapy helps me out as well :twisted:
