Any runners here? I really like to run, but I am very clumsy. I'm really tall and I don't think my body is built for running, because when i do run, I feel awkward and trip over things. Plus my hip starts hurting.

I used to run on a daily basis. It was something nice, just taking that time to take my mind off everything. Of course, since my leg was destroyed I haven't been able to.

I'll get back to it eventually!

I don't run. It makes my feet too sore.

I used to run in uni but since I've been back home I haven't found any comfortable safe routes to continue and I find running on a treadmill hurts my hips and shins :(

Yes, I love running. It makes me feel like I'm flying, and it gets me where I'm going quickly.

I'm a runner. I participated in track in middle school through high school, plus now that I'm in college. I've also been participating in cross country since high school. I really like to run, and racing is pretty awesome. I run the 10k and 5k in track, and the 6k (or lower) in cross country races. I'm also going to run marathons later in life. I'm hoping to be able to run half-marathons soon, as in after this cross country season is over. Our team is talking about running the Seattle Half Marathon together if we don't have an extended season, and if our coach okays it. Anyways, running is a great way to stay in shape, make friends, and is a good stress reliever.

I was a runner for a long time, until my knees started to go kaputz. My hips started hurting too, especially when I was running on hard surfaces alot.
Have you thought about swimming? :)
