Wow! That truly was a hit-and-run accident.

I'm sorry that a guy hit you, and it's unfortunate that those things have to happen.

Why would the cops take an hour and a half to show up? That's beyond me.

MVA's (motor vech. accidents) with no PI's (personal injuries) get responded to slower than those with PI's. That and most police officers are backlogged with calls anyhow. thats probly why it took so long for them to get there.

Wow! Sorry to hear that, Sean. I can't really relate, though, since I'm usually the one doing the hitting. And not all Mexicans are that irresponsible nor bad drivers; my Dad's not.
