*Faith! Trust, and AS*

Maybe it's not so much that NTs have lots of faith, but that AS have lots of doubt/questions, and therefore need more faith than NTs in order to function.

At some point in history someone, perhaps/probably AS, struggling with the imbalance, came up with the concept of "artificial faith", an add-on, a prosthetic device.

Until I had understood the reasoning behind "faith" the prospect of "having faith" myself did always feel like being asked to jump off into an abyss, as if stepping into a void. But once I realised what it was for, it made enough sense to go with, and it really is like discovering an extra power source.

Faith is a tool that creates what your imagination invents. It is an inner knowing that to me feels like a click and everything sets right.
Having faith in yourself is crucial for happiness. It is a miraculous gift. Why don't some people have it and why do the ones who do have it have it all the time? That's a great question.

The placebo effect works. Why isn't that explored? It's all in the mind? The brain is fascinating.
To master the placebo effect is sort of like having Faith. The harder one tries to rationalize it, or to force it, the magic disappears.
It's elusive and there has to be an unquestionable knowing in your being which firmly believes in the outcome which you desire.
It is not understood by science yet, but it is a factor in all the scientific research. Why isn't it given more merit? It can't be proven, that's why.
When someone is miraculously healed from a sugar pill, they ignore it because it is unexplainable.

I'm sure you heard my "blasphemy" before, that is that we are the co creators and God is within us.
Sometimes people are graced spontaneously with Faith and that comes from deep meditative prayer.
