People saying they have Asperger's when they don't know for sure if they have it, does a disservice to those who actually have it; the same with any medical condition.
"Not sure if I have it or not" is good.
"Other Autism Spectrum Disorder" should be replaced with "Kanner's" and "PDD-NOS" (that's two different ones).
I watch people come to WP.net with the designation saying " I don't know if I have it or not" and then change to "Asperger's Syndrome - Undiagnosed" and then later we have a thread just for congratulating them on their official Diagnosis.
I can remember exactly two people that left WP saying they guess they didn't have it after all. I don't doubt there are more - but I see so many, many more of the other type.
