No. Design implies forces that creat patterns. Drop a stone in a pond and incredible patterns of ripples form with no designer. Snowflakes are each wonderful designs. No designer. It's all like that.

Long, long ago I reconciled myself to being a drop of water in a large ocean. That is the way it is. Given that what is, is, then there is no point complaining about it. One is alive, so he gets on with his life until he dies and the world goes on.
