Im sorry but I cant help but notice and even snicker a little at Orwells new avatar, but I thought that "discussion" of band members was against the rules.......:lmao: Unless he's back I dont see how this is particularly appropriate. :?

Which band?
Sorry, I know you meant 'banned' :P

I don't know, I particular didn't care much about him to be honest, although his views about IA and dualism were quite interesting.

Hey, for the record, I'm not the only one with a Chever Guevara avatar. Phagocyte has one too, and I've seen at least one more somewhere around. Strictly speaking, it's not "discussion" as all it is is a Photoshopped picture (not my work, btw- I'm not that creative) and a sig line that most people outside PPR wouldn't recognize as holding any meaning. The appropriateness of it isn't something I feel like debating; Chever is simply one of several entertaining PPR personalities whose unique sense of humor is sorely missed.

Though now I know what prompted a recent PM I received.

Chever was a great member, and I find his banning to be a profoundly stupid decision. These avatars are a humorous testament to his presence on the board, and to be completely honest I do not see how they would warrant action on the part of a mod. Nothing is being discussed by having a picture.

As someone who owns a genuine ché beret (purchased in cuba no less), and wore it since my teens, I have little time for wannabe impersonators. :P ;)
