Lost forty pounds Easily!
I had a previous post of how I lost thirty-five pounds and I decided I would not only update it but post it here in the correct forum. (had it in random)
Anyway I am a self-taught nutritionist and I have learned much in my studies, I consider myself an expert based on my success and the success my co-workers will soon have.
Key ingredients to my diet include:
Noni,
Goji,
Pomegranate,
Green tea,
Mangosteen,
Acai,
Figure eight fiber mix,
Protein bars as main source of calories, (Made by Premier Nutrition)
Protein shake as protein substitute, (Made by Premier Nutrition)
Soy protein for heart health, (Kirkland Signature organic vanilla soymilk for vitamins etcetera and seapoint farms dry roasted edamame soy beans as a snack)
Pita Bites, (Also makes a delicious and healthy snack)
Greens to go,
Red grapefruit,
and plenty of water if you can fit it in without constantly rushing to the bathroom from the other liquids mentioned.
If you want to save some time and money, the first four key ingredients can be found in a single product; Renew Complete Cleansing System. I only used it for the two day trial period but did lose a few extra pounds in that short amount of time.
If you do not want to order the free renew trial online then there is a product that contains the first six key ingredients as well as many other healthy fruits and herbals, it is called Miracle Fruits of the World and is sold at my local Costco.
Other stuff:
A great snack I recommend is called Pop Chips, I recommend having them in your diet plan but only once a week. I chose Sunday for that one day.
Ingredients I don't use but recommend:
Alpha Lipoic Acid,
and GQ10 (200 mg)
Notes:
I get most of these products in my local Costco but the Renew must be ordered from their website www.freerenewtrial.com and the figure eight must be ordered from www.gofigure8.com
Also I did VERY little excercise, who has time to execercise all the time anyway? I hope this helps you out because it sure made an impact on me.
oatmeal is great for breakfast, either Progresso or Select Harvest would be great for lunch or dinner, and veggie burgers and/or veggie meatballs would be great for lunch or dinner as well.
The only hard part is creating your own diet plan, I don't recommend the overload on protein for women.
Subway is great as well, I recommend the turkey with wheat bread, no cheese, and as many veggies as you want.
Also once a week it is a good idea to eat like you would normally to adjust your body slowly, I did that for two weeks and now I only eat the items on my diet list.
------------------------------------------------------------------
Your diet and excercise plan should be made carefully with your doctor
but as long as you don't take any medications or have any allergies you should be fine.

What is Alpha Lipoic Acid?
Other names: lipoic acid, thioctic acid, ALA
Alpha lipoic acid is a fatty acid found naturally inside every cell in the body.
It's needed by the body to produce the energy for our body's normal functions.
Alpha lipoic acid converts glucose (blood sugar) into energy.
Alpha lipoic acid is also an antioxidant, a substance that neutralizes potentially harmful chemicals called free radicals.
What makes alpha lipoic acid unique is that it functions in water and fat, unlike the more common antioxidants vitamins C and E,
and it appears to be able to recycle antioxidants such as vitamin C and glutathione after they have been used up.
Glutathione is an important antioxidant that helps the body eliminate potentially harmful substances.
Alpha lipoic acid increases the formation of glutathione.
Alpha lipoic acid is made by the body and can be found in very small amounts in foods such as
spinach, broccoli, peas, Brewer's yeast, brussel sprouts, rice bran, and organ meats.
Alpha lipoic acid supplements are available in capsule form at health food stores, some drugstores, and online. For maximum absorption, the supplements should be taken on an empty stomach.

I would switch from soy milk to nut milk. This can easily be made by mixing a nut flour such as almond flour with water.

I have never tried nut milk but I really like the taste of the vanilla soy milk and it is calcium enriched and vitamin fortified, I advise against any other soy milk though. bleh!

"SERIOUS IMPLICATIONS
The final, and perhaps most troubling trend is that of a significant decrease in penile size. Studies show an alarming number of men who, post puberty, never develop an increase in the flaccid size of their penis.21 Patients with hypospadias have a total flaccid penile length of less than 4 centimeters. This has serious implications in reproduction and in self-esteem for males. In reproduction, when the shaft of the penis is longer, sperm have less of a distance to travel post ejaculation. This is a problem that comes to fruition only after puberty; thus, ingestion of phytoestrogens even after birth, during the pre-pubertal years, can cause reduced development of the penile shaft.
In the post-pubertal years, exposure to high levels of genistein, as is seen in strict vegetarians who replace animal proteins with soy-based foods, has general feminizing effects on their male anatomy, including reduced sperm production, a decrease in viable sperm, breast development and a reduction in sex drive due to an overall decrease in androgens.
