I'm suprised how well this fits me. I used to listen to Classic Rock excessively, now I like some newer stuff from various genres but classic rock is still up there on my list.

Lulz I Love Slipknot, Dragonforce, and Metallica... Aswell as some unknown artists... and just plain shreding
Slipknot and Dragonforce? I'm pretty sure shredding isn't them, considering they are playing the same stuff, just arranged differently. If you want some real metal shredding, check out Megadeth, Cacophony, Pantera, and Death. Now that is true shredding. I'd try listening to some older metal then newer stuff, its a lot better then most modern metal.
