Rules about bringing issues from elsewhere here, what are they?

This is in light of recent events that have been going on and I'm not 100% certain what can and what can't be brought here

Anything that's actually relavent to a topic I assume is fine, however I need a few things clarifying, this may be of benefit to other members too, hence this thread

You might want to list some details for those of us who have no idea what you're talking about.

Where's elsewhere? RL? Another web site?
What recent events? Something in autism news or just something on this site or other?

I'm mainly on about in general and dragging conflicts from elsewhere that the forums and other users could do without
