Delphi (so I voted Pascal). The perfect combination of simplicity and elegance - just a shame Borland have lost their way a bit recently

Java. I sort of got stuck with it after doing a full year across two senior projects (in my two undergraduate majors) in it.

I like Python, the only major disadvantage is that I can't produce stand-alone executables with it, except through an annoying process that makes grotesquely large files. C++ is very useful, but I only know very rudimentary things in it.
