That still doesn't make sense to me,

How many half-dollar coins does it take to make $30?

well you're saying how many halves are there in 30, so that's 60, but this is the question...

'Divide 30 by 1/2 and add 10. What is the answer?'

I don't see how people read that as anything other than 30/1 x 1/2, maybe I'm missing the semantic trick that makes it seem otherwise.

I got 4 out of 11. Then it told me I'm a STUD. Cool!

I just want to point out that in my bible, it says nothing about Noah taking one pair of each animal on board the ark. It does however state that 14 pairs of certain animals were taken on board, and other types went in pairs of 7. (dont' learn that in Sunday school).

Yes, that's exactly what 30÷½ means.

I got 9 out of 11. I din't do well with the 30 divided by 1/2. I still don't understand it!

i probably would've got that one wrong too, if 25 were one of the answers..but then i did some thinking and realized it would be doubled, not cut in half..then add 10 and there u go
