You are six years old and.... here...??? wow I'm impressed. If you focus on something or someone do the noises still occur? let's say take something from a material you like to touch and play it with your hand, or squeeze it, like an antidote to stress. Also if these noises insist when alone, try some music but not very loud, don't want to damage your ears.

we have many 'precocious' children here, after all. . .we are Aspies!

I have a problem like this, but mine is more like jamesp's problem. I have to be satisfied with what I say, so I repeat it over and over in my head. A lot of times whenj I do this I stare off into space. I have several body quirks, and I've just accepted them as a part of me.

well firstly I am actually 16, but i tend to get younger, and older people more than kids my own age. In my head there is this deep whistling, when you think of whistling you think high pitched, but this is deep. I cant replicate it, and most of my odd actions are self stimulating, like having friends crush my head with their knees, and stand on my head to squeese it... enough of my stuff, all I have to say is that it is very common
