When you're banned, do you still have access to the forums around here? F.ex, I want to see the "Members only discussion"-thread, is it possible with a banned account? Can you still PM someone? Have access to avatar controlling?

no, once you are banned you have no access to anything other than reading the non protected by password site. No PMs, no changing of avatars, no changing sig. lines. you are done.
