I'll start going to Fat Club again, next Thursday. I've thought that I could do it on my own, but it's more difficult, because I don't have the Accountability. $15 Candian a week is Small Potatoes, when I'm willing to be wize with my Money, and I plan on being wize with my Money, from this point, on. I'll allow myself to spend $20 a Week. $15 for Fat Club, and $5 on a type of Produce that I'd be willing to sample over the Weekend, so that I can keep on track. There are many things that I can turn to, that aren't Food-Related, such as Hobbies and Interests. I can also turn to the Crunch of Vegetables, when I'm feeling tense. Things will get easier, once I move out. Than I'll be able to control what goes into my Kitchen, and believe me...the only stuff that I'll be snacking on, is Light Microwave Popcorn. That will be twice a week, maybe three times, if I'm really good. The Double Decker Veggie Sandwich also sounds good. I'll have mine Toasted. Any healthy Meal and Snack ideas are welcome. You can all post them, here. Or you can PM the ideas to me. The funny thing is, that I've had Fish n Chips, last week and they didn't taste the same as they used to. That's probably because I know that they have 15 Points per Serving. I'll let my Mom eat the Sweats that she buys. I do love her, but if she wants to give herself Sugar-Induced Diabetes, she can. I plan to refuse to do that to myself. The next time the Sweets come in, I'll say, "No!"

I'd best get some Sleep. It will help me to keep my Eating on track, Tomorrow.

I am back down to 155.8 pounds after a minor detour. It's very hot in Albuquerque and I've all but stopped walking and exercising, but my appetite is way down too.

I've gone to Fat Club and I've weighed in, at 172 Lbs. I've gone up by a Lb, and I know know that I must keep on going to Fat Club, if I want to be Successful. I've even stayed for the Meeting.

I went up to fat club. I weighed in at 24st 2lb, meaning I gained a pound. In my defence, I had had a few cans of lager while watching the World Cup before I went up, so they weigh heavy. :)

Just gone up to fat club on a rainy evening here in Lancashire. I've lost four pounds! This makes me 23st 12lb. I've lost 26½lb since I started going up in April - 1½lb more means I'll have lost two stone! :)

This update is a little delayed, but I'm posting it, anyways.

I've maintained, last Thursday. I've been doing more walking and eating more Produce. From this day on, the only time that I can indulge, is if I have a few Points left over. And it will be on something along the line of Rice Crackers, Ice Cream or Peanut Butter on one slice of Toast in controlled portions. I might not even indulge. I have this thing where I'm scared to eat Snacks when my Dad's around. Even healthy Snacks like cut up Veggies.

I've been up to fat club tonight. On my own, for the first time. I've lost 2lb, which makes me 23st 10lb, thereby meaning that I've lost over two stone so far! Yay me! :D

OK. I've been up to fat club tonight to learn that I've lost another 2lb, which makes me 23st 8lb. That's the last time I'll be up there for two weeks since I'll be off on holiday to Poland. :)

I've maintained, again. I'll tweak my Food Choices, especially in the Evenings and see what happens.

It should be an interesting educational trip (Auschwitz, et al). I'll be sure to post some pictures up when I return for you all to enjoy.

I had a fair few drinks last night. The one side effect of alcohol in general that I dislike is having the munchies - it's not that I am actually hungry or anything, it's the fact that I want to start eating.

I've come back off holiday. And been weighed tonight. I haven't put anything on, surprisingly enough (and I did eat and drink to some tune while I was away). So it can't be all bad, eh? :)

I don't do weight watchers that's what the girly girls do. I do my exercise myself.

Captain_Brown: I can't be doing with Weight Watchers' own diet plans. They're much too prescriptive and restrictive. So I just do it my own way. :)

Congratulations on your weight loss Tequila! Two stone in such a short amount of time is very impressive! I'm trying to lose a stone to shed some extra baggage and it's not at all easy!
