Freezes up

My computer always freezes up or acts really slow on this site. Is it just me?

No its not just you, WP gets a lot of traffic and may lag badly

Freezing up is probably just your computer. The long lag you experience is due to the WP servers. They sometimes get overwhelmed by the large number of people posting and all the people looking at other peoples' posts and simply put your request in a queue.

Oops. I meant just the site freezes up, not the computer. :oops:

Sometims it takes me a half hour to log on.
