My Spring break

I would like to let you all know why I have taken a moratorium from posting here. You won't be unhappy to hear it.

I just spent the week in two hotels in Burlington, Vermont and Lake Placid. I had a fantastic time, despite some problems.

First of all, I didn't know that our hotel was by a construction site. Also, it was adequately priced, but the staff at the hotel were a little "flaky." It wasn't all that bad, but I had a good time nonetheless.

Vermont was only the beginning, as afterwards I went to Lake Placid. I don't remember every meal I had there, but we did have good food. I will tell you, though, that the staff were extremely gracious. We got good service, and on top of that, the manager let us stay an extra night.

While I was gone, I thought of all of you a great deal. You have all been very nice, much like the staff in Lake Placid. Case in point, I am very grateful to have had a wonderful life in which I have taken many opportunities. I appreciate the fact that I have had people like you all to talk to. I know you are all willing to listen. Thank you all for that.
