I've been chatting in #wrongplanet on freenode for the past 6 or so hours, what server are you trying to use?

I always use the middle, easy lightweight chat. It always works for me. Now I noticed that when the error box comes up, it says something like permission denied. What on earth is going on?? I have been behaving myself in the room, won't even cuss or anything.

I bet that was fubar in the same screwup that got everything else. You might want to look into using a real client for chatting, instead of an applet. MUCH more reliable, more options, not browser dependent, etc.

I'm annoyed that:

1. When I post an answer, the answer doesn't come up automatically, as it does on most forums, but I have to click on the "Click here to view your message" link.

2. My computer (or IE) tells me that the page contains errors - all the time.

99% of the time I want to see how my posted displayed so I think after you post it should take you to the end of the thread you just posted in.

Still having problems going into the room. It is 5.45pm e.s.t. Hopefully if there is something wrong it will be fixed by 7 or so tonight. Otherwise I am going to think I have the plague or something and feel unwanted......:(
