subject says it all, what the foo happened, I know it's not just because it is Friday the 13th that things went fubar?

Edit: why can you type a longer subject then is displayed/stored? some setting on field length needs tweaking I think. Subject was "Can we get an official "What the foo" was up on friday 10/13?"

For a while i thought my computer was playing up yesterday until i realised that other's were having problem's viewing the forum :)

I know the server went down, I am wondering who/what caused the failure, and what the failure was.

I think someone nuked the site. While trying to access a message off the forum, an interesting window popped up and had the word nuke in it. Someone put a 'pox' on some of us and this site and who knows how to get rid of it. I only know a little of the term nuke and saw it mentioned on other sites, I guess people do it as a prank. To me it seems a hateful prank, I hope that whoever did it gets busted. What comes around goes around. Good luck to the site admin., they have a tough job.
