The scroll bar on the right magically dissapears. Any help or a fix would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

Which browser are you using and which version please? There shouldn't be any problem with scrollbars in Firefox for example.

It's Internet Explorer. Not sure which version if I'm not mistaken I read about a beta/update to a newer version somewhere. It's a weird glitch it's fine for a few days then the scroll bar disappears (The screen stretches and in turn the scroll bar vanishes.) and I can't use my scroll wheel on my mouse either (when this happens.)

IE isn't standards compliant so you will have some problems across sites. It's also lets in malware, spyware, viruses, is slow.

I'd say use Firefox, or try Chrome or Opera. You'll find any of them much faster and a better browsing experience:

Google Chrome

You can also take advantage of all the addons:

Opera Addons
Chrome Addons (difficult to install)
