Looking for a Game...

I can't remember the name of this game, where people split off into an even number of groups, and for each round of play, each group must decide one of three or four actions to state. If your group is the only one taking a certain action, then your group "steals" one point from each of the other groups. If all groups states the same action, then each group gains one point. Any group that changes actions from one turn to the next loses a point. Any group that states the same action as before gains one point. And so forth...

About twenty of us played this game a few years ago, and it was both fun and a learning experience.
