Problems logging on

When I go to log on the scree says I'm offline and dosen't show the options for my password or any other changes I can make to my account.
My password also dosen't work, so I used the method to recover a forgotten password to log in and write this. Does anybody know what's going on or how to fix it?

This is the same problem i've been having with the link that says "Log in" near the top of the page... i finally managed to log in by trying the log-in bit at the bottom of the page... maybe it's a broken link somewhere?

This might have been caused by the problem with security settings in your browser, especially those related to cookies. Please see a thread about similar problems:
