HFA is a language to mind thing. I think therefore
I say. AS is a I say how I percieve, and I think, but
is it relevant? At least this is my perception.

I agree. It took me to be age 29-31 to get out
of my confusion shell. I am still able to express
my thoughts but show hesitant on a physical
level(or beyond my postings) since they are
strung with coloful words and vague(non-grasping)
descriptions that require translation from the
other person. Most people, including AS don't
seem to grasp this. They try, and god-bless them.

Read my posts on Quizno's and how I shutdown
when chaos and changes are around me.
My employer has to step-by-step me so I don't
do a overload emotionally. This is well explained
in my trip to Reno. Too many battles externally,
and internally and no way to express them.
I was worse at Villa Pizza, of which had a
compassionate boss, Orion. He would let
go on my tyraids, because he knew when
they pass I am MORE efficent in my thoroughness
in the arranging of things. If I bottle it,
LOOK OUT! I am my worst enemy.
Sincerely,

I agree, I often repeat myself(past-tense, and slightly
in the present-tense) so I AM UNDERSTOOD.

I use this by not saying anything, and letting the
events ride their course, then interject my
colorful worded postition and try not to
repeat myself(HFA self-control).

These are the signs of emotional-overwhelming
I get when dealing with customers, or too many
people.

In this zoning space that was mentioned numerous
times at Quizno's, I do listen within it, then
evaluate the response needed.
Hmmmm?
How often does this happen to you?

I agree with the opinion that AS is different to HFA.
But the question is: is the communication deficit
like a co-morbid condition, or is it a separate
developmental path.

I would say a separate developmental path.
This is of course my opinion. Hmmmm?

I agree! Think Villa Pizza, not so much of this
has happened in Quizno's, I try to maintain self-
control.

And I say thankyou for elaborating my thoughts.
I am not a tree standing alone, I do need others
(HFA's) input to illustrate some of my points with
other opinions so we can be better grasped here
at WrongPlanet.

What is interesting about the HFA story of bridery
and the "please get out from under the desk"
example is that it is a distinctive difference
between AS and HFA in my opinion.
The AS'ers on this site are quiet and not too
expressive, and I wouldn't see them do that.
I could see myself doing it NATURALLY, not
provoked, nor suggested. The AS person would
perhaps have to be provoked or it is suggested
upon them to go under the desk.
From Pyraxis......
I think it has more to do with how free someone
feels about being themselves, or the severity of
overload. I would never have dared crawl under
a desk in public, as much as I might have wanted
to, because that wouldn't look normal. But I was
lucky that things never got bad enough for me
that I couldn't pass for normal. Besides, I was too
scared of people's reactions and attention. But in
private, at home, I used to crawl under my desk
sometimes after I came home from school.
Thanks for responding, our HFA-like sister.
Sincerely,
Ghosthunter, your HFA brother.

I don't remeber my childhood much. I know
I hide alot, and this is why when I was
homeless many times I find dark secluded
spots and away from the human race.

I agree. I will stretch after long
periods of online time and don't
care what you think(the observers).
The NT's are insensitive to me anyways
and I am doing it for my betterment,
not convince a ignorant goat that it
is ignorant.

In speech therapy I remember comics as
rewards. My favorites at that age
were Captain America #101(#1 of series)
©69', and Hulk #102(#1 of series) ©69'.
