This is the most irritating thing the internet can do to me. I just typed a long post, worded really good and clear and really illustrated a point I was trying to make - when I hit the ''submit'' button and it takes ages to proceed, then suddenly that screen everyone hates comes up saying ''webpage not found, diagnose error'' (or something like that), and it gets me so mad. So now before I submit a post, I highlight and copy it, so that if that did happeI could write another post and start again. But sometimes you're not always sure if it's already gone on or not, sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't, so you've got to go back and check, and I hate having double posts....

Not sure if it's my internet or if it's this particular website, because other websites don't do it so much.

There's been no such problem here. I don't know whether there's a limit on how long you can take to write a post - I doubt it.

Haven't had that problem happen to me.

Either way, you should be able to click the back button on any decent browser and it will still have your post text in the box so you shouldn't lose what you typed in any case, even if this did occur.
