Lets all create a story

This is how this thread would work I will create a story and you will have a long thread to finish it.
At the end I will do my best to create a story about somthing.

The story kicks off

Five gutterpunk kids meet up at 4:20. Three gangsters meet up around the same area
The three gangmembers all armed with pistols but of them has a baseball bat and they are low on there personal supply of a very expensive drug and most powerful drug called "Black slushly" and what it is a cream you lick and it gets you high instantly also known as "The devils internal jizz"
The gutterpunks have a fair bit of this drug and the gangsters can smell this drug and
What the gangsters don't know is that two of the gutterpunks are armed with a more powerful weapon and it's not anything physical.... more like somthing they can do too almost anyones mind since these guys mastered the effects of the drug.
Anyway the gangsters drive up to the gutterpunks and ask for the stuff...

Make up for the characters

I want there to be females and males as well involved in this story and you can add characters that might be relevant too the story.

Upon approaching the gutterpunks, the gangsters suddenly start feeling like they are walking in a dream. The air smells sweet, and everything around them becomes so blindingly bright that they feel the need to shut their eyes. Once they close their eyes, however, they don't see darkness anymore. They see a strange red room with antique furniture and stacks of money on a large antique wooden desk. But when they try to reach for the money, it is inaccessible to them. Two of the gangsters have tried to grab the money... instead, their fist went forward and smacked a member of the gutterpunks that was in front of them. Each gutterpunk punched back.
"Hey dude, whatcha doin'?" - One of the gutterpunks said.
"Look, if you're a cop, get the heck out of here. Otherwise, give us the money and we'll give you what you're after." - Another gutterpunk snarled.
$40 was exchanged for a gray pile of matter that looked like metallic powder. When inhaled, this drug entered your system and immediately sent off radio waves to a nearby galaxy, where they were absorbed by a principal control unit, governed by aliens. From there, magnetic waves were sent to the body of those who have taken the drug. These magnetic waves act on the mind of the recipient and all of a sudden make the recipient extremely hungry for money and power. However, the drug also gives the recipients the feeling of amazing euphoria, similar to that experienced during the manic phase of bipolar disorder.
