Do you guys have rules or something that you have to go by? can moderators moderate each other? Are you guys Aspies yourselves or NT? Answers appreciated by all

even though i do not think you are talking about what i am going to say, your question reminded me of a question that i am intrigued by.

when president obama came here to australia, our police had their roles, and the american police had their roles. i saw a story in which there was a minor conflict between our police and the US police due to a parking incident.

our police are seriously authoritative and compelling when they command obedience, and so are american police.

i watch "cops" sometimes, and i see the general nature of american policing, and i watch australian shows like RBT which show how our police will "cut to the chase" in a serious manner if they perceive an infraction that they need to deal with using force.

the idea of american police being the "bosses" on our streets during his visit made me wonder what would happen if one of them broke a law which our police were required to address in a forcefully corrective manner.

there was some incident that entailed an american policeman parking a car where australian police did not want him to park, and the confrontation was hysterically funny, because the american police treated the australian police like they were inferior and the australian police called on multiple cars to come and help deal with the enforcement of their will.

it was unfortunately resolved on a political level so nothing blew out of proportion, but i would have liked to see the american police locking horns with our police.


that part of the question is of no interest to me.
