Depends on what you say vices are, and it depends on what view of weakness is taken, etc etc. In other words before I can say or do anything, I will have to have ample information to act upon.

Right. Not only that but I am not sure what the OP wants us to think by calling these people weak. I mean, some of these people have some forms of strength, especially given that our vices today were not considered so by past peoples.
