That's not suspicious, that's what they always do. The night the episode premiers, it's up on their website, and then it sometimes stays there until the next day, at which point that message appears. It's referring to their contractual obligation with comedy central. They're not supposed to allow streaming of ANY episode other than the day it premiers and then again a few weeks later(or maybe it's once the season is completed, I don't remember exactly). They've been doing that with every single episode since their site went up.

I can relate to that. After I've finally had enough keeping quiet about something chewing me up I pull someone aside and replay a whole exchange between us word for word. It's kind of why I see some truth in intense world theory, ie remembering and feeling too much, too deeply.
