not getting PM. Emails

Thanks. Hopefully this part is fixed since I use it the most and count on getting the emails to know when my friend has replied to me.

Please check through the multitude of posts about the server problems in the WrongPlanet.net discussion forum.
The site is still being restored from backup and so some operations will be functioning poorly - or not at all - until that completes.

As I write, I am receiving no thread update alerts although I did have a batch come through a few hours earlier.
AFAIK this, and possibly still an inability to change avatar, are the only non-functional areas. The "Failed sending email" messages you'll see referenced elsewhere in this forum are now resolved: posts complete without error.
PMs to other members are also functional.
