This is not an upgrade. The server had an issue, and we had to restore the whole server from backups. As of now, there are still files being restored, so many of the site functions are in a broken state.
hmmmph i checked the sliqua site and didn't see any reports on there.

so it was the importantest server and deserved a big banner with an update on it.
