Apparently the "add word" solution above works, and it seems from a quick test I did based on a hunch, that the semicolon alone is what causes it to work. One semicolon in the headline, and one in the body field does allow me to create the blog, then to edit it, but that apparently only works during the current session.
(EDIT: What's placed in the body may not matter. I'm betting now it's only the semicolon in the headline that works.)
I came back in to edit two that I created yesterday, and got an error saying I'm not the user that created the blog. Can't delete them either.
Seems as long as you do it during your current login, a semicolon will allow you to create, edit and delete, but once you sign out (?), whatever is posted, you're stuck with.

As before when I first signed up here years ago, I'm finding that after a long hiatus, and after only a few days back on here, I'm spending way too much time here again already. So I'm requesting my account be locked, banned or whatever. It's just time. Until then, well, I dunno...
