In a couple of months, I will be graduating from Boise State University with a Bachelor of Arts in History, minor in Japanese studies. At this moment, I have been in school for 11 (eleven) semesters. I started at a community college up in Montana and graduated with an Associate of Arts degree. I'm really excited about graduating (which will finally present me an opportunity to move out on my own. However, I am nervous and worse, extremely tired. I come home everyday extremely cranky (I still live with my family at 23 years old). I constantly talk to myself (been doing that since the seventh grade).

I am depressed right now because I have to take a weekend workshop (in exchange for one upper division credit-hour) which requires me to give up hanging out with a friend as I regularly do. I really feel depressed.

Anyways, I am really scared about my future. Even though I am working with Vocational Rehab in my state, I am aware that my history degree is worthless aside from teaching, while I confronting a large number of options for remedying the situation. One idea is federal employment with the CIA, State Department, as an archive technician, etc. Another idea is to enroll in the JET program (although I worry my Aspergers will disqualify me). Yet another is to go into grad school at San Jose State University for a MLIS degree. I am most likely to accept the last option but I am worried about how to earn an income while doing that.

I have no work experience and only 3 months of volunteer experience.

Sounds like you've got some nervous energy, I find I get more hyper active when I have a panic attack or feel nervous. That's the fight or flight response. However spending too much time around people and doing too many things at once will make me very tired. As unoriginal as it sounds, take some time off and have a cup of tea. Tea is always good

The foreign service was good to my Dad, he ended up making six figures by the end of his 25 years on the job. There is a test to get in and History majors do very well on it. It's all about government, history of the us, foreign policy and diplomatic relations. Doesn't hurt to try it out. :) Also if you're bi-lingual, huge plus, especially hard ones like Japanese.

edit: forgot to mention my parents are also on the spectrum
