Try as you might...
(Important bits underlined if you don't want to read the whole thing)
This post is mostly about staying motivated and focused doing something you HATE. More specifically, school and classes that are COMPLETELY and UTTERLY useless. I've hated school ever since Kindergarten and I've never recovered on it, however, in kindergarten and high school my grades were EXCEPTIONAL (not so much around middle school) and I think I know why high school worked out so well, it was probably because I really liked all my teachers and any I didn't like I dropped their classes because I could. I can't do that in college now because if I drop a class because I don't like the professor...I'd only have 1 class left and there goes all my financial aid...
So what I am really asking is, how do you all do it? It's so hard to give a crap about something I despise so much. I've never liked school, but I've liked some of the people I've met along the way, they kept me going, but now they're gone...how does one do it? Not to mention I don't have a specific interest in college yet, like a major or something of that sort. I've tried a ton of things and nothing clicks with me, nothing clicks, not the people (yes, I've tried clubs and the like), not the work, not the environment, NOTHING AT ALL. I find myself questioning constantly: "Why am I here?" "I don't feel like I belong here, why am I here..." If anyone has noticed, I've posted before about wanting to travel around and give school the bird. I just want to relax and learn about people, and everything I am doing is FAR from both goals. Not to mention the stress of this situation is going to put me in an early grave...
Also, is this an aspie/autistic thing or am I just weird? Thanks for taking the time to read this, those of you who do, also I must apologize for asking so many questions on here...

You sound like you are not ready for college, yet, or at least you are not taking the right courses. Even if a teacher is not good, if the class is interesting you should be able to do okay in it. You sound like you are not that interested in the classes you are taking, and don't really know what classes to take instead. That means that right now you are wasting yours and the college's time. Between now and the end of the semester take some time to check out the other classes offered by the school. If you don't find any of interest, or enough any way to keep your aid, then you should take some time off from schooling, and get a job for a while. Travelling can be fun, but it also costs money. So whether you eventually go travelling or return to school, or both, you will need money for them, and to live on in the meantime. Try signing up with the employment agencies as a temp. You can tell them you want to temp instead of taking a permanent placement, so you can try out different jobs to see what jobs and businesses would be the best fit for you.

That's your problem. If you have a goal in mind, that helps. Of course you aren't going to be motivated if you don't know what your reward is. The reward is putting a check in the box so that you can move on to a class that you actually enjoy.
