Page jumping to the top

When I click on the most recent post it keeps jumping to the top of the page, this goes on for a few seconds until I can view posts lower down the page. Even if I don't click on the most recent post it still does this.
It has only started doing this today. Anyone else having this problem or know why it's doing it?

When you click the most recent post link, and it snaps to the top, if you wait a while, does it snap back down? Try waiting once as long as you can stand it and see what it does. It may just be taking the pages a long time to fully load.

No it didn't go down to the recent post even if I waited. Nevermind, it seems to be working normally now so I'm not sure what the problem was. Thanks for the reply MrXxx.

Apologies for bumping this but it's been doing it for a week now and that combined with the audio ads means WP is driving me nuts! Does anyone have any ideas as to why it's doing this?

my browser does it at first sometimes but eventually jumps back down to the most recent post. not sure why it is happening to you.

Mine doesn't jump back up though just stays at the top :? Thanks for letting me know it's not just mine.
