Biting nails is common in Asby's. I do it a lot espically when im nervous. Unfortunatly apart from putting chilli powder on your nails i can't help you with stopping it :oops:

Oooooh....that's got to be painful.
As for me, I've been biting my nails since I was in elementary school.

I bite my nails AND chew my lips and cheeks AND pick my nose AND run my tongue all over everything occasionally with my mouth open AND I play with my tongue.
I tried to stop but it made me uncomfortable like I had lost part of my identity.
Plus when I space (which is ALL THE TIME) I do it anyways....
