I don't know what the problem could be.

I've had the same problem for some time. I can't even get rid of the white box with the red x inside.

raph and jacob, the photo or image you want to upload, is it at or smaller then 140 pixels horizontally and vertically??? (if not it needs to be resized) is it something other then .gif,.bmp, .jpg??? also has to be at or less then 15.77 Kb in size

to resize the image or graphic open it with a photo editor or microsoft paint and then click on image and then select skew/stretch and then make it half its size it shows in image box and then click ok, then go back to image menu then click on attributes and make sure its at or less then 140 in both feilds, if it is click save and then go to your profile on wrongplanet and then click on edit profile, then to avator then clck on upload from machine and then when the pictures folder opens, select a photo, click open and boom it should be in the avator space, click save and then go to a recent post that you made, (to test if it worked)

sorry that i didnt cover instructions on mac and linux os's but there should be some photo editing software in both os'es that can be used in place of paint but anyway, instructions are basically same method for those.

good luck raph and jacob
