That is a possibility. The Nice recommendations do give the doctor the discretion to refer a patient even if they don't score above the threshold.

Yes, the full AQ and EQ would be appropriate then. The AQ10 is just to help your GP make a decision for referral. Once referred, more detailed tests are needed.
