Jag är svensk, så ja.
Det finns ett internationellt forum här också, men det verkar inte vara så populärt: http://www.wrongplanet.net/modules.php? ... forum&f=25

Welcome!

I'm a big fan of a Norwegian (English-language) news-site - this one -
http://www.aftenposten.no

The reason (surprise, surprise) - they have some *great* stories about moose... :-)
Folks, you wanna know why I **love** moose - this is why.... You will understand completely when you read these stories...... :-D

Here they are -

"Thieves felled by moose"
http://www.aftenposten.no/english/local/article1450836.ece

"Flying moose lands on car's roof"
http://www.aftenposten.no/english/local/article496559.ece

"Moose surfed on chunk of ice"
http://www.aftenposten.no/english/local/article1211001.ece

"Drunk moose terrorises family"
http://www.aftenposten.no/english/world/article1163905.ece

"Moose attacks moose statue"
http://www.aftenposten.no/english/local/article1136389.ece

"Moose rings twice"
http://www.aftenposten.no/english/local/article986065.ece

"Moose attack dogsled and another runs wild in clothing store"
http://www.aftenposten.no/english/local/article945820.ece

"Moose breaks into grocery store"
http://www.aftenposten.no/english/local/article846839.ece

And a historical one -
"Tycho Brahe's nose and his pet moose"
http://www.nada.kth.se/~fred/tycho/nose.html

Enjoy...... :-)

Oh, btw - We need to get a few Swedish people to join too...

( "bork bork bork..... " :-) )

I saw the results of a moose hitting a VW car in Canada, might have been the other way around. It wasn't pretty. Even in the States when you get up into the New England area I always was amused by the "Moose Crossing" signs. But after the results of the VW/moose hit, I took them very seriously. Here, where I live, it's deer crossing signs, but after you have lived here for a while you know where the ones that aren't marked are too. They move according to the weather, we get so we know when they're moving around as well.

The Dutch would fine I think, but only if you pay your own way.

I must be careful as Lonermutant, is getting very close to running a way in fear. It's ok, really it is, I haven't seen anyone eating moose here yet.
