Pubmatic "Alert Info Object"

For some unknown reason, the Pubmatic "Alert Info Object" popup comes up at random times at this site........ and it's a nuisance. What gives?

It must be from one of the ad networks. Not sure which one. I've noticed it only a couple of times so I imagine its not displaying that frequently, but its definitely annoying. I'll try to see if I can find the ad in question and block it from appearing on the site.
