Anyone Else VERY Afraid of Work?

When i was thrown out of my last job i decided i will never work again
Then i started a business from home but found it difficult to handle
so finally winded it up
Then i found a job at NGO
i am able to do the job, but i cant handle the office politics
and feel scared many times
and also bored because i cant make friends there and everyone else
is talking, chatting all the time.
I am weird and different.
