Not disco, and not actually about being gay, but seriously... It's called "Rainbow High," is about getting all done up in the latest fashion, and includes the line "I'm not a second-rate queen getting kicks with a crown."

Everyone thought this was a gay song back in 1965 (which was before it was legal.) It doesn't seem that way to me, and I reckon it's about a bunch of other things, including death. The main feature of it is the whole 'Indian sitar sound' before anyone else was doing it:
