I guess so, since I´ve heard of Dark Tranquility but not of Dissection ^^ I´ve listened to both now though, and unfortunately none of them is really my style! I need my metal to be very melodic, with cleansong, and not quite so depressing/slow as Dark Tranquility. But I´m more into metalcore than melodic death anyway ;P I like In Flames though! Have you heard them?
