Just about to watch the latest episode of the walking dead, the governors back!


Just thought id start a multi subject thread on it. If you've got anything to say just ramble on and say what u want.

First, whos your favorite character.

For me, it's got to be the black girl with the samurai sword.

Not racist in any way but i dont often find characters of a black persuasion that attract me. The whole hip hop thing has always seriously repulsed me, anybody looking up to stupid the way they do automatically put me off. I remember seeing some black guy in some music video playing violin and thought he was cool and someone to look up to, then obviously there have been plenty down the years that have given some interesting opinion that have made me like them, but on the whole its the ones that do something different and of their own that attract me and they are rare.

But hey, im equally selective among white folk when it comes to liking them, most white folk repulse me too, so being black has nothing to do with it.

Anyway yeah, michonne is so cool .



she's got this really serious edge to her which i love. She would be the kind of person that would pull you out of the s**t. She's the no BS type that sees things as they are and for whom things like loyalty and all the good qualities about a person actually count. Awesome character.




In addition to what i already said, anybody dug into the comics yet? I bought the first 3 recently.

Im finding them to be very enjoyable and the story is different enough from the tv show that the two barely conflict at all. Not at all like the way they make marvel movies and rehash all their old storylines that everyones read a million and nothing ever comes a surprise. Well worth a look.

My favorite character is Glenn, and has been from the very first episode. I love Glenn!

Strangely enough, it's a 4-way tie for me between Rick, Carl, Daryl and Michonne. Solely because all 4 of them are very capable killers.

It's funny how people complain that the TV series is too much of a soap opera...because they clearly haven't read the comics.

I swear in the early part of the comics, there was a hook-up (and/or death) happening in every issue!
