I think it's a great, sad movie.

Sitting down with Forest Gump is like sitting next to a box of chocolates.

My favorite movie since I was around 16 (I'm 21 now). I can quote quite a bit of it, though I'm not necessarily sure whether that's a good or bad thing. Tom Hanks in this movie actually made me a fan of his, just with this one alone. It's one of those movies that make you feel bad about everyone (Mama, Jenny, Bubba, etc) and I think that adds to the whole story line. Even though I'm pretty much emotionless at first sight, the movie never fails to make me a bit emotional :(

It's a beautiful heart-warming film with its poignant message amongst the sadness.

The most pointless (almost farfetched) scene of him "running" almost detracted me from a none other amazing film.
