I think for the you, maybe you find someone to help you address the things that bother you while trying to do things to calm yourself. Like focus on breathing.
If they are giving the busywork to you specifically, that suggests to me maybe you are in a small class, special Ed or not. And that the nature of the work might be something that could be changed. Having your concerns heard and taken seriously is important for feeling in control of your emotions.
Are you able to express yourself, in words as part of a conversation or by writing things down? You could approach the teacher/guidance counselor/aide, whoever seems most likely to listen and say you have a problem you need help with, can they talk to you? Be open to their suggesting a different time and sensitive about asking when they may be free to talk.
This may not solve the busywork and noise issues, though I hope it might help. But if progress can be made it will help you feel less angry. And you want that.
